Contribute

We always welcome contributions to the archive. Items of interest to the commuity can be either contemporary or from years gone by. You can either:

  1. donate the original item to the archive and we will digitise a copy and add it to the archive store,
  2. loan the original item to us, we will make a digital copy and return the original to you,
  3. send us a digital copy of the item and retain the original item yourself.

We will ask you to agree and sign a consent form that gives us permission to include the item in the online archive. The issue of copyright is a little less straighforward and we will discuss this with you. Usually, if you are the originator of the item, you will retain copyright.

All items in this online archive are included under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence. This means that others are free to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and to remix, transform, and build upon the material. Other users of the material must however give appropriate credit and must publish under the same licence with no additional restrictions. Items may not be used for commercial purposes. Further information on this licence is available here.
